- E-Commerce Operations Leader role is responsible for managing the company's overall operations and logistics strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, and ensure that the management of supply, demand, purchase, inbound and last mile logistics, warehouse, and the planning and scheduling of relevant operational activities.
Responsibilities:
Sit in front of PC to do the below:
- Enforce Availability of Team.
- Check Looks of Ops. through photos.
- Monitor KPIs on Dashboard.
- Follow up when an order is below SLA and call Drivers and pickers.
- Handle orders' issues and solve processes problems.
- Manage unplanned issues and escalate if needed.
