Job Description
- Search for Electrical supplies and machines' and tools suppliers at china&India,discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships, negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms ,approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
- Evaluate products and suppliers according to the key business criteria.
- Prepare proposals and quotes.
- Evaluate the quality and the suitable price for the purchased items.
- Issue Purchase requests, purchase orders, and finalize agreements.
- Decide the proper shipping method for the materials till delivery to KSA
- Arrange the required documents for the process above as per KSA regulation
- Prepare regular accurate procurement reports.
- Cooperate and coordinate with internal team to maintain strong supplier relation.
Job Requirements
- 3:5 Years’ Experience in Procurement, Import/ Electrical field is a must ( cables / wires / plugs,etc.)
- Import history from china &India and proven history of a successful dealing with suppliers.
- Critical analyst for prices and materials qualities as well.,
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, Chinese speaker is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent awareness regarding contract forms, agreement follow up, handling and achieving business
