Job Description
- Full responsibility of applying lean tools and solutions
- Leading continuous improvement projects.
- Coaching all levels of employees for lean tools.
- Working with the management team to achieve the site targets based on KPIs.
- Auditing the manufacturing process and environment to sustain the stability.
- Monitoring the OEE of all machines and leading projects to improve it.
- Monitoring the productivity of manpower and leading projects to improve it.
- Building plans for achieving targets and follow it up.
- Analyzing production situations according to the market needs.
- Change the culture of the blue coolers to be more business oriented.
- Member of the training team responsible for developing all the employees internally.
- Manage all the six sigma projects within the company
- Act as a change agent for new initiatives ensuring smooth transition and effective communication and awareness across all levels
- Partner with the stakeholders from all the department to implement all the continuous improvement projects
Job Requirements
- Engineering / business graduate.
- Experience in leading and managing Lean & six sigma projects.
- Experience in managing change.
