Job Description

  • Initiate an Evaluation of an opportunity to complete for a contract through production of Bid.
  • Responsible for Managing Bids in response to request for proposal from customers.
  • Coordinate all internal parties involved in the Bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are.
  • Ensure smooth running of the bid for opportunities within the correct time and financial parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value preposition.
  • Reflecting company services and abilities within proposal
  • Responsible for submitting and completing the bid to existing and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for preparing the documentation and presentations.
  • Ensure all Bids documentation is clear and accurate
  • Ensure all the standard documents are delivered with the proposal.
  • Act as sales Coordinator and responsible for preparing and submitting all documents.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree from relevant University. 
  • Engineering/ Technical back ground  Background is preferred. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams.
  •  Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
