Job Description

Compensation and benefits tasks:

  • Collects and saves all internal and external correspondence and daily site reports that are related to payroll inputs.
  • Follows up on vacation, over time, business mission’s requests, and insert their data on payroll monthly sheet.
  • Updates on daily basis vacation records and prepares a daily report for the management.
  • Monitors dates of birth for the employees and promptly informs the compensation and benefits supervisor.

Personnel tasks:

  • Arranges and saves employees documents in their files.
  • Performs tasks and prepare reports as requested by the Personnel supervisor.
  • Follows-up on the status of form one and form six related to social insurance.
  • Prepares required statistics of both labor offices and social insurance.
  • Prepares employment contracts and completes the hiring process for new employees.
  • Leads the exit process for the leavesleave’s incpaperworker work and leave’s dues.
  • Monitors date of employment contracts’ renewal and informs promptly Personnel supervisor one month ahead.

Recruitment tasks:

  • Archives applicants’ CV in hard and soft copy.
  • Sets schedule for interviews.
  • Translates CVs into Arabic.

General human resource tasks:

  • Performs data entry for the ERP system.
  • Supports the human resources team in administration tasks such as copying and printing.
  • Responds to employees’ inquiries within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor degree is a must.
  • ICDL course.
  • From 1 to 5 years’ experience in Secretarial work or in the HR field.
  • Tactful communicator.
  • Hard worker.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Meticulous.
  • Ambitious with consistent quality.
  • Fast learner.
