Job Description
Responsible to manage the relationship with homeowner’s associations (HOAs) on daily basis to ensure that clients and owners are receiving the highest level of service and to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responds to any inquiries from residents and solve any issues related to them.
- Coordinates between the HOA’s and the maintenance teams to fulfill HOA resident’s requests.
- Reviews the HOA’s accounts and reports observations.
- Coordinates among residents to solve any disputes, clashes or problems.
- Makes a weekly visit to Second Home projects to follow up with their HOA’s and reports their requirements to the management.
- Supervises the implementation and operation of the I-community system.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
- at least 15 years of experience in the field of customer service, including 5 years in real estate investment companies
- Full knowledge of computer programs and the I-community system.
- Ability to deal with different types of clients and gain their satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and communicate with others.
