Job Description
- Manage and oversee the business affairs of Medicine and Cosmetics supplying distribution, and warehousing practices
- Develop and implement Compliance company policies and regulations under the approval of the Chief Compliance officer
- Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, practices, and procedures.
- Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
- Screen and interview candidates for job openings
- Provide training and educational material for staff regarding best compliance business practices
- Ensure all company practices are within legal, international, and local obligations specified for such
- Supervise compliance officers and team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce or any related suitable bachelor
- Proven 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical Distribution Companies or Distribution companies working in a managerial position at least last 3 years
- Strong understanding of Distribution and pharmacy administration and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service with a client focus
- Flexible to work weekends and overtime where required
- Able to travel to meetings and to attend conferences as necessary 70 % of his time
- Good Integrity and Awareness of Anti-competition, Bribery and corruption laws
- High Documentation skills
