Job Description
- Managing the accounting department with regard to all accounting tasks.
- Organizing the company's book group and supervising the keeping of its accounts.
- Control, direction and coordination for all employees of the accounting department.
- Assist in entering data and extracting monthly and annual results.
- Supervising the preparation of matches with supplier and customer accounts.
- Applying scientific and practical control methods to all work in the department.
- Preparing financial analyzes of the results of the various periods and submitting them to the financial manager.
- Preparing estimated budgets for future periods and making notes regarding any kind of abnormal expenses and submitting them to the financial manager
- Forming a comprehensive idea of the level of workflow in the department and trying to develop the work and make proposals for everything that could benefit in this regard.
- Application of modern accounting methods at work.
- Follow-up employees in the department to complete the work on a daily basis and not to accumulate work.
- Guidance and counseling for the members of the department and providing assistance at work.
- Preparing a monthly report for the financial manager based on the books on the company's expenses and revenues.
- Follow-up of employees' covenant record, supervise the fund.
- Organize inventories.
- Submit periodic reports on the department's activities to the Financial Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree accounting
- Certificate is preferred / CMA
- 15+ years of related experience in Construction
- Arabic and English
- Expert Microsoft Office
