Job Description
- You will work closely with all stakeholders to gather requirements, write the required documents, and lead the team towards the successful completion of writing assignments.
- Manage day-to-day tasks for the technical writing team.
- Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation and UI/UX copy.
- Maintain responsibility for the delivery of work products.
- Oversee the implementation of standardized processes and deliverables.
- Establish and monitor schedules. Identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.
- Identify, analyze, and track risks, communicating statuses, and escalating concerns when needed.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience developing software documentation.
- Experienced in managing client requirements and small teams.
- Experience with documentation methodologies.
- Ability to summarize technical information using graphical and textual tools.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, HTML, and photo-editing tools.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills.
- Demonstrates strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- English language fluency is a must.
