Job Description
- As an FM Supervisor you will lead the maintenance, and housekeeping teams in head office and sales office in Cairo
- You will also assist in the improvement and delivery of the day to day facilities management and needed repairs.
- Your core task is supervising & maintaining the services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, environmental, safety, cleaning, hospitality and housekeeping.

Job Requirements
- You must have a technical degree in Facilities Management, or related experience/qualification such as Mechanical, Electrical.
- You need to have a Minimum of 3-7 years of experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, two of which were holding a supervisory position.
- You will need to have set of crucial skills such as project coordinating, preventive maintenance, strong communications skills, negotiation skills, and self-motivation.
- You must have strong character and leadership skills, yet professional and know how to motivate the team
