Job Description
- Participate in the development of manufacturing processes by studying production requirements.
- Work to improve manufacturing efficiency through careful planning of work requirements.
- Review to ensure product quality, suitability of design and final product testing.
- Provide reports on manufacturing processes such as production costs, labor and raw materials.
- Periodic review of production schedules and provide future needs.
- Coordination of operating procedures and periodic maintenance and repair services.
- Maintain maintenance and registration records in databases.
Job Requirements
- Experience in fashion is a must
- Possess leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in communication skills and dealing with different personalities
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and ERP software
