Job Description
• Ensure that a database is in place to provide a number of supply and medical supplies companies
• Follow-up of contracts with suppliers, especially contracts for medical devices that are tied up with withdrawals during a specified period.
• Follow-up to continue to determine the demand limit and the optimum inventory of all items in cooperation with the warehouses and all units.
• Make sure to perform tenders with suppliers.
• Follow up on a periodic review of consumption rates and set a re-demand threshold according to the time factor taken to supply the supplier and the terms of the contracts.
• Review and approve the supplier roster and supplier assessment.
• Approve and verify orders.
• Contact procurement, listen to their opinions and discuss Solve their work problems, improve their performance, and bring new experiences and assess them.
• Ensure that all ISO and quality systems are used in the procurement and supply documentation cycle.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar position (In medical field).
- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
