UX Designer.

Invesp is a leading provider of conversion optimization software and services. We are looking for a senior UX designer to join our team. Most of our clients are based in the United States.

If you are a driven, simplicity-loving web interface designer and usability expert (yes, all of those in one person), we want to get to know you.

Our interview process:

Stage 1: We will determine the initial pool of candidates based on your portfolio.

Stage 2: We ask you to answer a couple of questions via video

Stage 3: We do an interview to understand your strengths

Stage 4: We give you a small design task

Stage 5: We schedule a discussion with you to discuss why you completed the design task the way you did.
