Job Description
- Responsible for project quality being built on time and within budget.
- Conducts pre-job and continuing planning meetings to ensure all project team members understand contract terms and conditions, clauses, schedules, or any unusual requirements of the project.
- Visits job site daily and performs work inspections checks job progress and resolves project and contract issues.
- Stays on top of all scope changes to ensure they are processed and incorporated into the main contract in a timely manner.
- Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to the project team.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
- Prepare plans and schedules, status reports, and performance evaluation.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- The candidate should have 12-17 years of relevant experience in a similar organization out of which 3-5 years should be in a similar position.
- Strong English and Arabic language capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
