Job Description
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinate and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
- Mobilization, demobilization of Barges, manpower/material planning for installation.
- Ensure that construction work performed according to procedures and drawings.
- Ensuring all work is undertaken in a safe manner and in line with company health and safety guidelines/policies.
- Ensure that the task force on board of the vessel receive all useful data in form of reports, manuals, and drawings.
- Responsible to receiving and verify equipment and materials onboard marine unit
- Perform all NDT on welds and materials
- Perform of all QC documents (WPS, WPQ, NDT Reports, welding maps, welding logs, traceability…………..etc)
- Design and create complete tender documents.
- Assist in the Preparation of the project documents (work installation procedure, lifting plans, inspection test plan.....etc).
- Preparations of all QC documents and perform any required qualifications
- Rigging gears selection and rigging check calculations
- Follow up project equipment / tools certificates
Job Requirements
- BSc. Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Offshore Engineering.
- Good knowledge of running and managing projects.
- Basic knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Basic knowledge of the offshore installation methodologies & best practice.
- Basic knowledge of EGPC contracts forms, terms & conditions.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Excellent user of AUTOCAD – MS Office.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
