Job Description
- Releasing the sales orders according to the co. policy
- Recording the received checks
- Clearing the collection against related invoices
- Sharing customer statements with sales team and customers regularly
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Extracting the monthly receivable reports
- Follow up Exim bank limits/ shipments/ compensation
- Control the renewal of received guarantees
- Controlling any differences in invoices with customers whether domestic/Global
- Sharing the reconciliation letters with customers
- Reflecting the returns into customers’ accounts
- Controlling the export manual invoices against SAP invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or related from a reputable university
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the same field is a must
- previous experience in FMCG or industrial field is a must
- SAP experience is preferable
- Advanced MS office skills , especially excel is a must
