Job Description
- Project based from 3 - 6 months
- Responsible for tender/estimation activities ensuring timely, competitive and high-quality tender submission.
- Ensures project documentation is compiled and communicated to relevant stakeholders including but not limited to: Time schedule, execution methodology, organizational structure, general and particular conditions of the Contract, BOQ’s and total cost of the project, cash flow proposal, design drawings and specifications and any other tender documentation.
- Prepare/ revise comparison sheet of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Civil or Architect Engineering.
- 2 - 4 Years of Experience in same position.
- AutoCAD Expert user.
- Good internet searching skills.
- Good command of English language written & spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite “Excel / Word / PPT”.
- Good knowledge of Premavera program.
- 2 years as site Engineer “Finishing works”.
