Job Description
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
- Provide prompt and accurate survey from customers
- Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
- Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
- Update contacts database when necessary
- Provide information regarding service in an engaging manner
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English- Fluency is a must!
- Previous experience in dealing with European or International customers
- Proven experience as TeleSales representative or other sales/customer service role
- IT Experience or background is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must- No undergraduates!
- 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role, preferably in Tele Sales
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Self-Motivated.
- Full awareness of the meaning of accountability & responsibility.
