Maintain & achieve quality object for concerning department.
Preparing plans and operational programs for the production of injection equipment, including achieving the main goals of the implementation, certified quality and producing.
Production Engineer completely responsible for all the decisions signed by and responsible for the safety of any document the adoption or revision.
Handling the production process and activities.
Follow the daily production activities.
Evaluate the operator’s performance.
Follow up the implementation of work orders in accordance with the plan approved by the Production Department.
Preparing production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions.
Studying the scrap ratios and analyzing them and any deviation in the expected production rates.
Follow up the malfunctions during operation and suggest solutions for that.
Providing supervisors and technicians with the information necessary to raise their technical and administrative competence.
Creating a database for each equipment separately, including a record of faults, maintenance expenses and spares used as a spatial financial center.
Follow health and safety standards, and industrial safety and occupational safety instructions.
Preparing reports and drawings for new molds, whether in the drawing or injection department.

Cairo Residency is preferred.
Bachelor (Engineering - Science) Specialization: Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry
Knowing about plastic materials and quality standards
Experience working in manufacturing of food, medical devices and medicines.
Experience in using (German – Italy - Chinese) machines that make plastic productions.
Excellent knowledge and experience in reading data sheets of plastic material.
Experience using the types of injection templates.
Has experience in controlling operating conditions.
Knowing about maintenance work.
Has administrative and behavioral capabilities in the field of industrial management.
Fluency in English language.
Able to research and to develop.
Results Orientation, and attention to details.
Work under pressure.
Strong analytical and organization skills.
