Job Description
Job Purpose:
To Maintain a healthy IT system by Providing Support and Assistance to Issues Related to Computers, Scanners, Printers and Network Devices and Act as Pivot Point between Cairo HQ and New Damietta & Gamasa Sites.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the site seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and ticketing system, and follow-up until closing the case.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, printers, scanners, cameras, etc..
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Males Only.
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, and other tech products
- Excellent communication skills.
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
- End user-oriented.
