Job Description
- Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures.
- In charge of Filling procedures for soft/ hard copies.
- Receive Phone calls and respond accordingly.
- Organizing appointments for internal & External meetings .
- Organization of administration and archiving of files, documents and records.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Very Good command of English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
