Job Description

  • Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures.
  • In charge of Filling procedures for soft/ hard copies.
  • Receive Phone calls and respond accordingly.
  • Organizing appointments for internal & External meetings .
  • Organization of administration and archiving of files, documents and records.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

Job Requirements

  • Our Location in New Cairo. 
  • Maximum Age 30.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Very Good command of English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
