Job Description

Job responsibilities include the development of NATCOM’s business in the field of modern industrial lubricant care techniques for Turbomachinery and Hydraulic Oil applications through customer education. Develop and expand business with the existing client base, expand the business to new clients/prospects, prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services, prepare technical and commercial proposals and sales contracts, handle client queries and problems with other departments in the company to assure customer satisfaction, establish a new client list and maintain existing one, create long term Win-Win relationships with clients, prepare and deliver a variety of status reports, including monthly, quarterly, fill in and update sales funnel and forecast, prepare market analysis reports, and maintain high-level product knowledge of products and services offering at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales meetings with clients at their facilities and identify and understand their pains, requirements, and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals in a complete and professional manner and in accordance with the company standards.
  • Sell products and services within approved margin guidelines to achieve targeted job costs and profit margins.
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of all proposals and progress and timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a company-owned database (via CRM) of current customers and prospects.
  • Represent the company at various events, organizations, and associations for the purpose of building relationships that leads to new business.
  • Act in the capacity of a company representative and develop community ties to enhance the public image and brand of the company.
  • Participate in various associations to increase knowledge of the marketplace, sales opportunities, competition, selling techniques, and best practices.
  • Stay at the forefront of technical knowledge within the industry.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate parties regarding, pricing, competition, and other market observations.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Department and offers recommendations regarding marketing strategies, materials, and opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a well-reputed university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the same field is a must.
  • Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken)
  • Perfect organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Sales process acumen
  • Consultative / Solution Selling
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement.
  • Age: 28-32 Years Max
