Job Description
- Participate in developing sales plans for all sales channels and make sure of the various slaughterhouse sales departments
- Supervising the continuous improvement of the performance of all sales channels.
- Carrying out the tasks of coordination and integration between the sales department and the production department, in addition to managing the needs and financial aspects.
- Receiving and processing all purchase and supply orders received for all sales channels.
- Managing and following up the sales outlets (orders - development - sales) and making the required reports, with developing solutions in case of any deviation and discussing them with the concerned departments.
- Following up the process of disbursing requests and coordinating with the concerned parties (sales channels / customer accounts / production / quality / stores / transportation) with following up on the exit of orders from warehouses and until they reach the customer.
- Review and follow-up exchange or return operations with customers, whether by conformity or non-conformity, along with studying the problems of the product when it is delivered to the customer.
- Analyzing the sales channel results and submitting periodic reports to the sales manager.
- Follow up on product quality problems that come from the various sales channels, in coordination with the Marketing Department and the Quality Department.
- Analyze and make recommendations to improve sales activities, including sales operations, contract management, marketing campaigns, warehousing and transportation operations and other related activities.
- Ensure the existence of a database for analyzing operations and sales to be used while setting development plans
- Preparing a training and development plan to develop the efficiency of workers under his technical and administrative leadership, in coordination with the line manager and human resources
- Preparing the performance evaluation of subordinates working in the department in coordination with the line manager and human resources
- Carry out the tasks assigned to him within the limits of his competence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations (preferably in the fresh & frozen meat and poultry)
- Extensive leadership, decision making, problem solving, planning & organizing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Computer skills.
