Job Description

  • Running all Recruitment Cycle. 
  • Using all proper sourcing channels to ensure getting the best fit to the position: Internal, External, Referrals, and Social Media.
  • Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates. 
  • Conduct phone interviews & assist in conducting the HR interviews.
  • Scheduling technical interview for the calibers who passed the HR interview. 
  • Responsible for all reports related to the recruitment department.
  • Maintain updated database for the future vacant positions. 
  • Responsible for conducting exit interviews for the resigned employees. 
  • Sending apology letter (Feedback) to the rejected or the future candidates who had done HR and Technical interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from private collage . 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Perfect command of English.
  • Maximum 25 years old.
  • 0 - 1 year of work experience .
