Job Description
- Maintenance engineers are responsible for the installation and maintenance of industrial equipment such as those used in the aviation, medical, and manufacturing industry.
- Maintenance engineers perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make on-site repairs when needed.
Job Requirements
- Responsible for the inspection and testing the natural gas network in all factories (check for any leakage for piping and valves , check for any corrosion , check unit noise and vibration and inspect gasket look for leakage )..
- Check for the natural gas station (valves& flow meters).
- Responsible for the inspection and testing the co2 gas network in all factories (check for any leakage for piping and valves , check for any corrosion , check unit noise and vibration and inspect gasket look for leakage )..
- Check for the co2 gas tanks (valves& flow meters) quantities.
- Monitoring the consumption rates for co2
- Responsible for the Utility Area (Water treatment & Compressor & Nitrogen generators.
- Daily Maintenance for the compressor (Check and changing for the oil level and filters).
- Maintenance for the fresh air supply and exhaust fan.
- Responsible for the Building management system (B.M.S).
- Follow up new version and edition of national and international standard through internet search and Follow up PT program NIS or any other specialized lab.
- Review data report and insure data transfer and estimation of Uncertainty.
- Participate in internal audit
- Assistance in the development and implementation of calibration Plan.
- Operating all equipment concerning calibration and validation.
- Printing all print outs, and calibration data reports.
- Preparing and printing all calibration certificates.
- Coordination with third party for calibration activities for the calibration and validation systems instruments.
- Coordination with the planning and production departments in which the calibration and validation annual plans will be implemented
- Reviewing and adjusting the calibration and validation annual plans after coordination with the planning department and GNP plant
- Reviewing the calibration certificates
- Reviewing the final protocols
- Coordination with GNP concerning the use of the calibration and validation system instruments
- Assuring that all the calibration certificates and protocols for co2 & natural gas plant are archived according to the approved archiving system.
