Product Analyst Fintech

• The role is responsible for contributing to the product roadmap to create an end-to-end digital payments ecosystem with merchants as customers, and manufacturers and wholesalers as partners. Further, our dedicated features will communicate with different internal business facing platforms like Invoice and  
• Reconciliation System to Warehouse Management System at Capiter.  We are building technology products and services to enable digital payments in the current supply chain and enabling digital lending for our customers and partners to engage the entire retail ecosystem in Egypt whose market potential stands at US $50B market catering to the needs of more than 400K+ merchants.
• This Associate Product Manager role will be responsible for creating detailed, concise and accurate documentation to contribute to the product roadmap, for stakeholder communication, for helping design and development sprint planning, business requirements gathering and to build products that support deemed brand & wholesale partners. This is a unique opportunity to learn multiple tech stacks and manage a product that has a multi-billion dollar impact. 
• The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business requirements, transforming the data, and research based insights into customer-centric product/feature development and evangelize and track key business and product metrics for their product verticals in the Payment Services

 Key Result Areas (Accountability & Responsibility of the role) 

• Manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements based on data-driven methodologies
• Work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including and not limited to business development teams, operations team, software developers, embedded engineers, design engineers, data scientists and business analysts) to execute the product roadmap for payment services ecosystem
• You will research the compliance payment frameworks from the regulatory point set by Egyptian Central Bank to help in preventing non-compliant releases
• Create user journeys and user personas to support the requirement documentation to drive effective decision making and accountability for product success from design through delivery
• Supporting the reporting on the success metrics for new feature development / improvements and business KPIs
• You will - at any point in time - be working on understanding cross-dependencies with partner platforms and help in documenting and exploring new avenues to improve customer and business experience
• You will support adoption & growth of rolled out solutions mandating final sign offs from compliance team as well as assess open opportunities through secondary research in product discovery phase to further enhance merchant and supplier payment experience 
• You will help in measuring improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.
• You will work closely with accounting teams to support payments reconciliation and settlements within the ecosystem, encompassing merchant payments, seller (marketplace) payments and vendor payments
• You will work on supporting lending (buy now pay later) for merchants by integration with MFIs and Banks
• You will work on supporting wallet payments to create seamless buying experience for retailers (merchants)
