Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives for real estate projects.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities across various developments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors affecting real estate sales.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets for team members and monitor their performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, sales goals, and updates on current developments.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Manage and oversee customer negotiations, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
    Prepare sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate markets, project cycles, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
