Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives for real estate projects.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities across various developments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor industry trends and economic factors affecting real estate sales.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets for team members and monitor their performance.

Job Requirements
