Job Description
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Plan to ensure achievement of project and individual target.
- Build and maintaining strong & long-term client relations.
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
- Communicate and work effectively with internal departments to successfully deliver the project and to ensure that clients are experiencing positive client-company relationships.
- Handling any client complaints and solve clients’ problems by understanding their concerns and/or needs and developing innovative and tailored solutions.
- Prepare regular reports for the daily tasks.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
