JD :

  • We are looking for a business development manager to champion our very first 
    digital health program launch in Egypt. You will be responsible for successfully 
    deploying digital diabetes care solution to healthcare providers in both public and 
    private sectors and work closely with one of our global pharmaceutical partn
     

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Hold product demonstrations to key accounts (both private and public sector) 
  2. Develop a deep understanding of HCP’s needs, pain points, and opportunities
    in adopting digital health solutions
  3. Develop a playbook and educational materials for customer onboarding
  4. Solve customer questions and concerns and seek to improve the customer 
    experience
  5. Cold-call potential customers 
  6. Provide training courses to external partners/distributors
  7. Join customer visits with partners and improve the overall customer 
    engagement activities
  8. Hold a weekly meeting to review the project's progress and identify points of 
    improvement
  9. Recommend and assist in creating marketing campaigns for customer 
    acquisition and activeness
     

 

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, all backgrounds are welcome
  • 3+year experience in customer success, sales, business development, marketing or related role in the healthcare or med-tech industry
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with smartphones, internet industry, mobile apps.
  • Strong ownership for assigned tasks and result-oriented, act with purpose
  • Business trips in Egypt or overseas are required
  • Fluent in Arabic, and English.
