Responsibilities

Serve customers with high standards of customer care at all times.
To ensure that food hygiene.
To collate, report and action all customer feedback in order to continually improve the business
To be involved in staff training to include health and safety, food hygiene and operational procedures.
Servicing hospitality meeting rooms within agreed timescales.
Completing all meeting room set-ups and clearing requests on schedule.
Ensuring that areas of work are kept clean throughout the day.

1-Experience: - +3 years.

2- Private healthcare sector experience is a must.

4-Ability to lead, motivate and form effective working relationships with team members .
