Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve customers with high standards of customer care at all times.
- To ensure that food hygiene.
- To collate, report and action all customer feedback in order to continually improve the business
- To be involved in staff training to include health and safety, food hygiene and operational procedures.
- Servicing hospitality meeting rooms within agreed timescales.
- Completing all meeting room set-ups and clearing requests on schedule.
- Ensuring that areas of work are kept clean throughout the day.
Job Requirements
1-Experience: - +3 years.
2- Private healthcare sector experience is a must.
3- Presentable
4-Ability to lead, motivate and form effective working relationships with team members .
5-Flexibility and a positive attitude in order to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
