Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a “Import Executive” to join us immediately with these criteria:
- Assist in negotiating freight rates with transportation providers.
- Facilitate the shipping of products to our warehouses.
- Oversees inventory of goods
- Obtain all required import permits licenses for all processes.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Perform audit on all import files on regular basis.
- Following up with suppliers the flow of the goods (Quantity- Timing).
- Communicate with suppliers in any problem related to shipments
- Annual statistics for all the imported commodities.
- Perform any other tasks related to the job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, Logistics or Supply Chain Major.
- English Proficiency is a must.
- Be familiar with ACID.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Import Logistics.
- Work location Sheraton, Heliopolis.
- Experience in FMCG is considered a strong asset.
