Job Description
- Conduct and manage the marketing plan.
- Responsible for checking our social media accounts on a regular basis, and uploading new content.
- Manage the development of promotional tools.
- Conduct market research to measure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competition
Job Requirements
- 2 + years of social media marketing experience
- A passion for flowers and plants
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Content development experience; including creative concept creation and strategic planning for the development of social campaigns
- Ability to take usable pictures and videos using telephone
- Ability to manage an outsourced photoshoot session
- Attend and cover events
- Creative writing skills, ability to communicate a variety of messages while keeping the brands voice consistent
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of current social trends and latest social platform features
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Video experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
