Job Description

  • Note: Work location is Almaza Bay - Marsa Matrouh

Main Job Duties:

  • Communicates to Security & FM all Living Zone guidelines for works being done, so as to ensure their enforcement and take the necessary precautions.
  • Communicates with owners who have committed violations (enforcing Community Rules).
  • Communicates with owners when they have any requests or complaints.
  • First responder to any violation recorded inside the compound.
  • Main gate access permission control.
  • Responsible for undelivered unit client tours.
  • Responsible for security clearances required by contractors during the finishing season.
  • Follows up with contractors on units’ modifications if present
  • Communicates to Management any recurring problems and suggest solutions.
  • Communicates any news to residents.
  • Ensures that all on-site services are up to Travco Properties’ standards in terms of quality and speed of response.
  • Arranges for periodical meetings to understand owner concerns/requests and to sustain Travco Properties’ image in front of all current and prospective clients.
  • Arranges for services and amenities to be made available to residents.
  • Assists in resolving client complaints in person, via phone, email, and mail and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identifies and assesses clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 - 7 years experience, preferably in the real estate field- Customer Facing - PR Public Relations -Elite Customer Service.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
