Job Description
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with the social media, PR and production teams based in Cairo, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Attend coverages in UAE and give guidance to production team and to take stories
- Attend meetings in client's Abu Dhabi office whenever needed.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver clear required briefs to the operation, production teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study preferably in Marketing.
- Abu Dhabi or Dubai resident.
- 3+ years' experience in Customer care and/or Account Management.
- 2+ years' proven experience in digital, marketing and/or production agencies.
- Project and program management, marketing strategies and digital integration experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communications, critical thinking, excellent business writing and problem solving skills.
