Job Description
Working in a controlled environment farm allows operators to have access and control to most variables that impacts a plant’s growth cycle. Operators are responsible for all agricultural, technical and maintenance operations in the facility. It is important that all operations are performed meticulously as the effectiveness of the operator’s performance will be directly reflected on the facilities efficiency and quality. It is strongly encouraged that operators are constantly learning from each other, research, their managers, and provided consultants to be able to improve operations and have the most positive impact possible
Job Requirements
Education - University Graduate (preferably department of agriculture)
Experience – At least 6 months of internship or full-time work.
Language – Very good English capabilities.
Work Ethic – Hardworking and organized individuals.
