Job Description
A Leading FMCG Company is hiring “Modern Trade Account Executive” to Manage Modern Trade customers, Supervise modern trade sales representatives working on achieving the sales targets and the required service model, in addition to reach the maximum display and distribution of brands in the channel.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Modern Trade Customers and handling their day to day requirements.
- Follow up on the implementation of the contractual agreements terms & conditions.
- Managing Customers credit / debit balance , following up on outstanding dues settlement.
- Distributing sales' targets among the sales representatives' level.
- Directing sales representatives and solve their problems, and any customer issues related to the customers / routes under their supervision.
- Adding new customers to the routes, if applicable.
- Updating customers' lists and remove non-active customers from the routes.
- Following up on customers’ orders and vehicles loading and review the quantities from each brand.
- Reviewing monthly KPI reports and ensure all team's KPIs are met.
- Following up on monthly offers, and review them with the sales representatives to help increase the percentage of sales.
- Performing daily field visits to evaluate, coach, and report the sales team's performance (Gate-to-Gate & Random Visits).
- Continuously report competitors' market activities.
- Following up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status.
- Following up daily on the efficiency of the sales representatives and provide coaching to ensure performance improvement.
- Ensuring the company policies are followed and implemented by the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-5 years experience in modern trade within FMCG companies operating in Egypt
- Customers & Sales team management experience is a must
- Fluent in English
