Job Description
1.Product Research and Analysis: Conduct extensive research and analysis to
understand market trends, industry developments, and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential opportunities for
product improvement and innovation.
2. New Product Development: Lead and support the design and development of new
Hamza products and technologies. Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to
conceptualize, design, and prototype solutions that meet market demands and
enhance the company's product portfolio.
3. Material Testing and Evaluation: Evaluate and test various materials for compatibility,
performance, and durability in Hamza Water Solutions applications. Recommend
appropriate materials to optimize product performance and reduce environmental
impact.
4. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve existing manufacturing
processes to increase efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Employ innovative
techniques and methodologies to streamline production while adhering to strict
quality standards.
5. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Control teams to develop and implement
testing procedures and standards for ensuring the reliability and safety of Hamza AS,
TS and GS products. Analyze test data and implement necessary improvements.
6. Intellectual Property Management: Conduct patent searches and assist in the
preparation and filing of patents related to new product developments. Ensure the
protection of intellectual property and maintain a strong knowledge of existing
patents in the industry.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations,
standards, and certifications. Ensure that all products developed are in compliance
with relevant regulatory bodies and codes.
8. Collaborative Research: Engage in partnerships with external partners such as
Aquatherm, Wavin, BWT, Vaillant and more, industry associations, and universities to
explore emerging technologies, trends, and potential collaborations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical
- Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in research and development, preferably in Water Solutions or related
industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous
improvement. - Proficiency in CAD software for product design and simulation.
Familiarity with materials testing, prototyping, and quality control methodologies - Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to water management and Hamza
Supply and drainage applications. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- 6th of October resident is preferred.
