Job Description
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts
- Prepare and analyze contract conditions and terms.
- Assist in the preparation and review of commercial agreements related to operators.
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiations of construction activities-related contracts.
- Assess offers legally, and assist in the preparation of contract assessment reports
- Negotiate contractual qualifications and conditions of contracts.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for contracts and agreements award.
- Follow-up on contract signature process.
- Develop and maintain all contract logs and records.
- Assure compliance with Governance Framework, organizational policies, procedures, and subsequent delegations.
- Assist in the enhancement of the department’s standardized forms.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly yearly, and annual reports, as may be needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any.
- 2 to 5 years of experience are necessary. Prior experience related to construction contracts and dispute resolution is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages.
- Detailed oriented person.
- Very organized and Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent writing skills, especially business writing.
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Civil Code and other laws and legislations of Egypt, and have had sufficient experience dealing with them.
- Sufficiently experienced and acquainted with corporate governance mechanisms.
- Claims and dispute resolution experience is preferred.
