Job Description

  • Participating in the development of the main objectives, vision, and mission of the company and participate in the formulation of them.
  • Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
  • oversee all operations, functions, and activities. You will be the face of the organization, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high-quality vision.
  • Participating in the formulation of objectives and the development of plans and responsibility in preparing the executive programs of the approved plans and activating and implementing the decision of Chairman of the Board of Directors on the ground.
  • Assess and monitor potential risks to the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategist and leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision and mission and long-term goals.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire an understanding of the organization’s financial and non-financial position. Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
  • Provide coaching to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans.
  • Review and organize files for factory development.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.
  • Manage the company's business efficiently and effectively to serve the objectives and interests of the company and raise the company's name in the local and foreign markets.
  • A comprehensive review and analysis of the current situation and a strategic plan to reform the status quo.
  • Organizing relations between departments and communication mechanisms according to the hierarchy of functions and reducing the overlap of tasks and powers and putting the right person in the right place in cooperation with the head of the human resources sector.
  • The ability to draft contracts and agreements and how to read them.
  • Solve all administrative problems, whether internal or external.
  • Review and audit all procedures, records, forms, and instructions of the Chairman.
  • Participating in conferences, seminars, meetings, and internal and external exhibitions related to work.
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
  • report monthly to upper management about company's progress.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Participate and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Act as the key internal and external focal point for the company’s operational activities.

Job Requirements

  • MBA is a must (additional studies is preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in same job.
