Job Description
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat or email.
- Plan ready-made & tailored travel offers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
- Provide pricing information.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Meet revenue and Sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Customer care oriented.
- Call Center experience is a must.
- GDS experience or Amadeus Basic course is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
