Job Description

 

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat or email.
  • Plan ready-made & tailored travel offers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
  • Provide pricing information.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Meet revenue and Sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Customer care oriented.
  • Call Center experience is a must.
  • GDS experience or Amadeus Basic course is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
