Job Description
- Developing and maintaining financial models and valuation (DCF, multiples,etc..)to support investment decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborating with subsidiaries to develop business plans and annual budget
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with deals and transaction services from an advisory firm.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Confident presentation abilities.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
