Manage all planning department Policies, Procedures, working instructions, Change Controls.
Enhance and improve Planning processes to meet customer expectations in coordination with Sales, Export, Production, and Toll in & out Manufacturing
Set Annual, Quarter, Monthly, Weekly Production Plans to satisfy all types of Sales Demand (Local, Export, Samples, Tender).
Manage all outstanding issues that impacting products delivery to customers (Materials Shortage, Capacity Constrains, and Toll out issues).
Set, Review, Approve Materials Requirements Planning to be forwarded to Purchasing department to release Purchase orders accordingly.
Manage the process of release of processes orders to production, Toll out departments.
Manage the processes of Creating, Updating, Deactivating master data (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Bulk, Semi Finished, Samples, Tender, and Export accurately on SAP in coordination with Quality Assurance.
Manage the process of Creating, Updating, all BOM levels on SAP as per QA authorized and signed documents.
Periodical review for Short Shelf life of (FG, Raw Materials) to prevent expiration.
Lead S&OP, as well as Production Coordination monthly Meetings.
