Job Description
- The main purpose is to make sure that the customer experience is the best and increase online sales.
- Working as the front line of online communications with customers through different channels (Fb - Instagram - WhatsApp - Phone) .
- Make Orders for your customers and prepare them to be sent to the courier.
- Attend to all your customer needs and more (not only by answering their questions).
- check the product that the customer need and not show him more related products.
- Reply to all social media comments and messages as fast as possible.
- reply to all customers concerns / issues and report all to management.
- Follow up with the customer order till he's satisfied from our experience.
- Provide the best quality reply.
Job Requirements
- Online Sales prior experience.
- Retail Customer care experience.
- Apparel sale experience is a plus.
