Job Description

  • The main purpose is to make sure that the customer experience is the best and increase online sales.
  • Working as the front line of online communications with customers through different channels (Fb - Instagram - WhatsApp - Phone) .
  • Make Orders for your customers and prepare them to be sent to the courier.
  • Attend to all your customer needs and more (not only by answering their questions).
  • check the product that the customer need and not show him more related products.
  • Reply to all social media comments and messages as fast as possible.
  • reply to all customers concerns / issues and report all to management.
  • Follow up with the customer order till he's satisfied from our experience.
  • Provide the best quality reply.

Job Requirements

  • Online Sales prior experience.
  • Retail Customer care experience.
  • Apparel sale experience is a plus.
