Responsibilities:
- Greets walk-in guests and answers questions as needed. Directs guests to the proper department or personnel.
- Answers central phone system and handles inquiries, routes calls, provide contact information and supports other services as requested.
- Provides a consistent level of high-line professionalism and customer service.
- Send contracts, warranties and service contracts
