Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
- Determine the main categories of initiatives on which Export department should focus on to approach the global market.
- Developing long-term relationships and Persuading clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Approaching customers with all categories (Owners, Consultants, Contractors, and applicators)
- Cooperate with all relevant department/ functions (logistics, local sales, customer support, plant operations,….etc) to maintain all the export department’s process efficiently
- Ensure the overall Material export & shipment process till the final destination in coordination with the other involved parties in the export cycle.
- Maintaining the technical meetings with suppliers and the customers.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to the concerned stakeholders & suggest corrective actions whenever needed
- Ensure adherence to legal & company policies & procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
- Fulfill the pre - Set performance goals & deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans.
- Manage complains & resolve problems of customers
