Job Description
- Source, Screen, validate and interview candidates for potential hiring.
- Schedule candidates for assessments and follow up as necessary.
- Use Recruitment Tools to maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Sending required follow up emails and text messages.
- Supporting candidates with assessments & daily activities.
- Build positive candidate experiences.
- Overseeing and managing assessments phase.
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Italian language B2-C1.
- 3 + months of recruitment experience.
- Very good command in the English language.
- Ability to priorities and multitask on daily basis.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a changing environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
