Job Description

  • Source, Screen, validate and interview candidates for potential hiring.
  • Schedule candidates for assessments and follow up as necessary.
  • Use Recruitment Tools to maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Sending required follow up emails and text messages.
  • Supporting candidates with assessments & daily activities.
  • Build positive candidate experiences.
  • Overseeing and managing assessments phase.
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian language B2-C1.
  • 3 + months of recruitment experience.
  • Very good command in the English language.
  • Ability to priorities and multitask on daily basis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
