Job Description
Nozha Beach is hiring IT HELP DESK
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Servers, Windows servers, Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLAN's, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, Etc. is preferred.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end-users
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update end users status and information
Job Requirements
- 3:5 years Experience in the IT field
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any equivalent field.
- Administrating the #AD, #Domain controller, #Fileservers, #CCTV
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
- Windows #Server 2003,2008 and 2012
- Very good at using Microsoft Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013.
- #LAN #WAN troubleshooting.
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
- Antivirus and antispyware software awareness
- Working knowledge with #AD #DNS #DHCP.
- Working knowledge with #Microsoft infrastructure
- Understanding of #Network fundamentals
- #CCNA #MCSA
