Pump QRC Supervisor

Basic position:

• The Lead/Supervisor of the Pumps & Coordinates the activities of the Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation, Technicians, Industrial Engineers, Item administrator and Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation Assemblers. His/her responsibilities include the quality, execution and processing of any Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation portion of the project after the Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation Supermarket is given the ready signal on any project (urgent or not). Coordination with the front office teams in the Service and Repair Units is of the essence.
• In addition to the Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation cell tasks under this position fall the responsibility of execution of the inspection of incoming goods and the department planning.
• The supervisor Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation Cell reports to the QRC Manager and his direct reports include Repair Advisors, Industrial Engineers, Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation technician and Item administrator.

Basic Accountabilities:

• Effectively lead the Dismantle-Clean-Inspection process, including industrial engineering and item administration activities, of any pump (Repair or Upgrade) in Local QRC with the mission of meeting company objectives and policies related to Cost and Cost Reduction, Quality, On time Delivery, CIP, Cash flow, HSE
• Set, Define and Monitor Department Key Performance Indicators to ensure company Goals are met. As minimum the KPIs reflected on this Profile are effective and must be maintained and meet.
• Manage the implementation and use of appropriate reporting and operating systems (SCP/AMP, EIS, VN and other FLS systems), manufacturing and quality processes.
• Implement a short and long term department plan, including personnel (skill matrix development, career path definition and planned role changes) and Tooling/Equipment required to continuously improve the Cell in line with the QRC Upgrade model.
• Provide expertise in solving quality related problems. Reporting deviations of the production through Non conformity Reports (NCR's) and initiate and evaluate immediately corrective actions.
• Responsible for the Industrial engineering tasks designed to obtain the optimum balance between cost effectiveness, quality design and manufacturing.
• Responsible to deliver definition of the proposed Repair Scope and detail Routing, supporting with all required information for the Quotation elaboration in a timely manner and under the systems defined.
• Provide support for change, motivating direct reports to challenge stablished work processes collaboratively in order to continuously improve methods and skills.
• Drive, inspire and align the team to high performance by setting example in rigorous commitment to the targeted KPIs, setting and communicating individual and departmental goals and objectives aligned with the management of the QRC.

Reporting line:

• The Dissemble Cleaning Inspection Quotation Supervisor reports directly to QRC Manager.
