Job Description
- Preparing preventive maintenance programs and schedules for all electrical systems and following up on their implementation on time and according to the technical principles followed.
- Participates with the work team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability, improve production facilities, and reduce costly breakdowns.
- Directing and supervising technicians to repair faults.
- Carry out preventive maintenance operations on Electrical Panels, Generators, Control Panels, Electrical Room Equipment, Fire System, Fire Alarm and Parking Barrier Gates.
- Reviewing warehouse balances from the administration’s needs of electrical materials and determining exchange requests for replacing these needs
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair all types of equipment, distribution panels, and electrical components including lamps, underground cables, extension cords, internet devices, and replacement of electrical switches and outlets,
- Checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal
- On the basis of programmed activities and operating conditions, prompt notification of spare part requirements to compensate deviations from routine and special maintenance demands
- Supervising all types of maintenance work (preventive and emergency).

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Males only
- Needs to be able to handle pressured situations effectively to meet aggressive project schedules.
- Good knowledge of Medium and low voltage.
- International standards and safety regulations knowledge.
- Experience with grounding grid, cable pulling, and lighting calculation software.
- Working conditions 6 days per week 8 hours per day shifts methods.
